One of Seams For Dreams’ major focuses this year has been to affiliate with additional NGOs that are in need of additional assistance. The charity organization’s team, which is run by Evelyn Sharma, has collected many donations this year from individuals from around Mumbai that wish to get rid of clothing items they haven’t worn in years. Seams For Dreams was one of the first organizations to cultivate the clothing donation culture in the name of sustainable fashion and helping others in need of appropriate clothing.
The most recent Seams For Dreams collaboration is with a 14-year old organization called PrayasEkKoshish, which works across multiple focus areas including child rights, HIV, youth, and human rights in and around the villages of Madh. The Seams For Dreams provided 100 pieces of kids clothing on the 25th of April to kickstart this new partnership.
Seams For Dreams is looking forward to more distribution missions with Prayas Ek Koshish and is excited to continue the partnership in the upcoming months to work towards fulfilling its goal to clothe 100,000 people in need across India this year.
