Seams For Dreams started the new year off on a positive note. On the 10th of January, the organisation participated in another distribution mission to one of their NGO partners, the Wishingwell. 250 articles of clothing were donated to children and other individuals in need for appropriate clothing.
The Wishing Well has been an NGO partner with Seams For Dreams since 2016. The organisation started off as simple concept – a mobile library for children. Since then, it has grown to collect donations for those in need and begin cultivating the idea of donation within the community. This includes clothing, books, and other items that individuals may not need any longer. This falls in line with Seams For Dreams’ mission and the team is always looking to collaborate with more organizations that have the same overall goals.
Seams For Dreams has a plan to clothe 100,000 people in need across India and the new year has given the organisation an opportunity to inch further towards that goal.
