Have you ever walked a mile in someone else’s shoes? GreenSole gives the opportunity for others to do exactly that. Last month, we announced our partnership with GreenSole, a social enterprise that recycles old shoes and provides them to children in need. The organization also upcycles shoes and sells them on their retail site, thus promoting a sustainable and eco-friendly business model.

After the talented craftsmen at GreenSole got a hold of these shoes, they were able to transform them into a beautiful pair of slip-on sandals that will now be auctioned for charity.
The donated shoes gained extra value in a recent fashion shoot by actors Evelyn Sharma and Neil Nitin Mukesh for a popular travel magazine and are expected to raise a good amount of funds for SFD and GreenSole in the first official auction of up-cycled celebrity shoes!
