Isn’t it funny how in the first week of January the gyms are completely over-crowded with super motivated fitness enthusiasts; though by the first week of February the treadmills are empty and the crowd downsized to a number of regulars?
Well, I used to be one of those fanatic new year’s resolutions people who set up amazing ideas for the next 365 days like keeping a diet, working out every day and reading more books; however would forget about these new rules in the blink of an eye. Everything seems possible during the calm of the holidays, but come the new year we quickly get into our old routines and our hectic lifestyle swallows up the good intentions.
This year I realized that a new start is possible not only on the 1st of January, but every day! This year I didn’t set resolutions, but goals! I wrote down 10 things I want to achieve in my life, and every day I will give my best to reach there with commitment, integrity and a peaceful mind. One of my goals is to make this blog the go-to point for people who love fashion and have a heart for doing good!
Stop regretting the things you did not do last year or that your new year’s resolutions already collapsed. Remember that every big goal is achieved in steps and when the time is right. Start dreaming again! The year just began, today is a new day, and this is the beginning of your tomorrow!
